The Member of Ukrainian Oil & Gas Association – Glusco paid 3.2 billion UAH of taxes in 2017

At the end of 2017, a member of the Oil and Gas Association of Ukraine, Glusco, paid 3.2 billion taxes and duties to the state and local budgets of Ukraine, including 1.65 billion UAH of excise tax and 43.5 million UAH of unified social contribution (ERU).

In December 2016, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted Glusco Energy SA permission to purchase a network of filling stations in Ukraine, which operated under the signs for goods and services of TNK, Golden Guepard and Formula. In December 2017 Glusco Energy SA completed the acquisition of the network of filling stations and became its owner.
The Ukrainian Oil & Gas Association is the industry association representing the interests of the largest players in the oil and gas market. Today, the Association consists of 14 largest wholesale, retail, producing and processing companies representing national, international, private and state-owned business, including: gas station networks of WOG, ОKKО, Shell, AMIC Ukraine, Socar, KLO, Parallel, SunOil, Glusco, Gastron, Ukrgasvydobuvannya, Tsentrnaftogaspostach and wholesale suppliers as BNK-Ukraine and Alliance-Oil Ukraine. Members of the Ukrainian Oil & Gas Association cover approximately 50% of retail trade and almost 80% of the import of petroleum products.
