“OKKO-Agrotrade” plans to finance agrarians for 3 billion UAH
OKKO-Agrotrade, a member of the holding of one of the members of the Oil and Gas Association of Ukraine – OKKO Group, plans to finance agrarians for 3 billion UAH., The press service of OKKO.
In 2017, the company received applications under its forward programs to support agricultural producers for more than 1 billion UAH and in the new season plans to increase these volumes in three — up to 3 billion USD.
The general director of OKKO Agrotrade, Alexander Nikolenko, said that the company significantly simplified the contract procedure, reducing the time for consideration of clients’ requests. Now a preliminary decision on cooperation can be made within 1 day, the final decision — for 5 days.
“In addition, if last year we provided our partners with fuel and mineral fertilizers only, then we directly provide cash. In the long term, our goal is to cover all 100% of the material and financial needs of agro-industrial enterprises within the forward program” — the top manager said.
According to the conditions of the forward program, the agrarians are calculated for the received resource not immediately, but from the future harvest. The corresponding agreements are formalized by an agrarian receipt or a pledge agreement.
