Since mid-May 2018, there has been an increase in retail prices for petroleum products. Average prices for the country on May 18 rose by 8-13 kopecks per liter. The growth of world oil quotes during the last two months caused this behavior of the market.

The Oil and Gas Association of Ukraine states: scheduled repairs at Mozyr Oil Refinery and Shebelinsky Gas Processing Plant will not lead to a deficit in petroleum products in Ukraine.
