According to perevirAZS.info, in Ukraine 141 petrol stations are still operating with signs of “illegality”

The Ukrainian Oil and Gas Association (UOGA) demonstrates updated statistics of the perevirAZS.info map. According to the latest data, 141 out of 1500 gas stations operating in Ukraine in 2019 with signs of “illegality” are still working.

UOGA applied to the State Fiscal Service with a request to check these objects for the availability of licenses for fuel retail trade and compliance with other legislation

In addition, UOGA notes that more than 600 gas stations that have received licenses for fuel retail trade continue to operate on the market, but they are operated with gross violations of urban planning and other legislation. The association is currently studying this phenomenon.

Once again, UOGA reminds that illegal gas stations are objects of increased explosion and fire hazard, they pose a threat to the life and health of people, as well as the surrounding infrastructure. Therefore, we appeal to citizens and the media, not to be indifferent, if you see a gas station operating outside the legal field, we ask you to write a complaint to the regional State Fiscal Service, the National Police, State Labor Service, State Environmental Inspection, or mark this object on the map perevirazs.info.
