Ukrnafta Joins Ukrainian Oil and Gas Association

The Ukrainian Oil and Gas Association (UOGA) welcomed a new member – Ukraine’s largest oil production company, PJSC “Ukrnafta”. The decision to expand the association’s membership was made during the most recent General Meeting of NAU member companies.

PJSC “Ukrnafta” is Ukraine’s leading oil production company and the owner of the largest single-brand gas station network, which includes 537 stations in almost all regions of the country. The joint-stock company is 50%+1 owned by the state company “Naftogaz,” while the remaining shares are managed by the Ministry of Defense as military property.

In its operations, the company adheres to the principles of fair competition, transparent business conduct, unconditional compliance with current legislation and environmental norms, and the highest quality standards. The company also believes in conducting an honest dialogue with society and communities.

The Ukrainian Oil and Gas Association represents the interests of the largest players in the oil and gas market, including the largest wholesale, retail, mining, and processing enterprises, representing national, international, private, and state business. Some of the association’s members include WOG, OKKO, Shell, AMIC Ukraine, SOCAR, KLO, UPG, Parallel, Ukrgazvydobuvannya, and Ukrnafta. The association takes an active part in developing the legislative framework of the country, monitoring and solving problematic issues of the industry, and actively interacts with state authorities, private and state enterprises, industry and consumer associations, consulting agencies, and the media to implement and comply with European standards of service quality on the market, as well as protecting the interests of the association’s members.
