Parallel Contributes Over UAH 724 Million in Taxes in H1 2025

A current member of the Ukrainian Oil & Gas Association (UOGA), the national filling station network “Parallel” has transferred over UAH 724 million in taxes and levies to budgets at all levels during the first half of 2025.

In particular, excise tax payments amounted to UAH 414 million, while VAT contributions totalled UAH 278 million. Additionally, the company paid UAH 13 million in corporate income tax and UAH 2.4 million in military levy.

In the context of full-scale war, responsible business must act as a reliable partner to the state. We honour our tax obligations with integrity, invest in the development of our network, and support both the economy and the nation’s defence capability,” stated Oleksandr Dubinin, CEO and owner of Parallel.

The company continues to implement a comprehensive programme for upgrading its filling stations, aimed at modernising facilities, enhancing service quality, and improving customer convenience. The national Parallel network remains active even in front-line regions, notably in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk oblasts. As a result of Russian aggression, the company has lost a third of its stations located in occupied territories.

Prior to the war, the Parallel brand operated 132 filling stations. Following the full-scale invasion, the company lost or suspended the majority of its assets. Currently, 76 filling stations operate under the Parallel brand across Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Poltava regions, as well as in Ukrainian-controlled parts of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.

Parallel is a member of the Ukrainian Oil & Gas Association, whose participants advocate for a transparent and sustainable approach to the development of Ukraine’s oil and gas market. The Association includes the country’s largest wholesale, retail, extraction, and refining enterprises, representing national, international, private, and state-owned businesses. Among its members are WOG, OKKO, AMIC Ukraine, SOCAR, KLO, Parallel, UPG, Ukrnafta, and Ukrgazvydobuvannya.

Parallel consistently ranks among the top ten fuel importers in Ukraine.
